You have the choice of two standard storage cabinets, which have adjustable shelving, pull-out nighstands, and drawers. Or, if you'd also like to have a workspace in your room, you can choose to have one standard storage cabinet and our new desk cabinet. It also has adjustable shelves on top, but has a fantastic pull-out desk that is quick and easy to deploy, a built in power bar, and additional storage in the bottom half. No. All of our storage cabinets are free-standing. You can place them on either side of the bed or alone - whatever works best for your space.
For the cabinet to sit flush against the wall, you will need to remove the moldings behind the bed. However, if you prefer not to remove the moldings (and they are 0.5 inches thick or less), a spacer is included with the Alegra series of beds, allowing you to keep the moldings. The bed will sit slightly away from the wall, but it will still be securely attached to the wall.
Yes. Xtraroom Murphy beds require six attachment points to the wall, and 3 of the 6 must be into wall studs. This is required for the bed to be installed safely.
You can leave sheets and light blankets on Xtraroom Murphy beds. However, you must remove pillows, heavy blankets, and duvets before closing the cabinet.

Free-Standing Storage Tower
Our storage towers come with an array of customizable options. Whether you need all three shelves or just one, the top section of the cabinet can be set up with adjustable shelves.
Optional Bar for Hanging Clothes
If you are short on closet space for hanging clothes, install the bar instead of the adjustable shelves and give your guests a place to hang their garments when they visit.
Pull-out Nightstand
The towers feature a pull-out nightstand, so you or your guests have easy access to your devices. Everyone appreciates having their phone right at their fingertips.

The bottom of each storage cabinet contains three drawers, so there is plenty of space to put away your items.
