We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Currently, we do NOT ship to Canada or other international address.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, we will send you an email with the tracking information.
Delivery by Appointment
Because your new bed will arrive in several large cartons, when the bed arrives at your local delivery terminal, the shipping company will contact via call or text to arrange a delivery appointment.
All of our products are shipped with Threshold Delivery; The delivery team will unload your products and carry them inside, placing them into the garage, front entry, or the first dry interior area available.
The delivery team does not unpack, remove packing materials nor provide any assembly assistance. Also they can not climb any flights of stairs, outside of a couple of steps to the front door.
Day of Delivery
Someone must be home to receive the bed and sign for it. The delivery team may even photograph the cartons in your possession to provide us with proof of delivery. This is done for your protection and ours. Even large cartons can be stollen from your doorstep.
We take full responsibility if your product was damaged in transit, has missing parts, or if we accidentally shipped the wrong item. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us as soon as possible through our I-Need-Parts.com website, and we’ll happily resolve the issue free of charge.
Please take note that we will ask you to send us pictures of any damaged or defective parts, so our customer service team can more quickly and efficiently resolve your issue.
