We hope that you'll love your new furniture! However, if you aren’t fully satisfied with your product, don't worry, our 30-day return policy has you covered.
Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us! If your product was damaged in transit, has missing parts, or if we accidentally sent the wrong item, we take full responsibility. If any of these things occur, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product at I-Need-Parts.com, and we’ll be happy to take care of the issue free of charge.
Please note: our team will ask you to send us pictures of any damaged or defective parts, so we may help you more efficiently.
Returns
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you aren’t quite satisfied with your product, you have up to 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return on all eligle products.
Items eligible for return must be in their original condition and packaging.
How do you start the return process?
It’s simple! Send an email to our customer service team at info@xtraroom.com. In the email, please include your Xtraroom Order Number as proof of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Ineligible Returns
While we do our absolute best to accommodate everyone, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for the following items:
- Final sale items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Products that cannot be returned to their original condition and packaging
Refunds
Don't recycle the cartons right away! If the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the purchase price of the item.
We will issue the refund to the original payment method as soon as we receive confirmation from our shipping partner of the item pickup. We do not require the item to arrive back at our warehouse.
